Don't Count Your Eggs

Thanks guys. Now those tears are a distant memory. Funny how time and space can do that. :)


Dear Maya,
When you feel like your mind is going out of control, one way to calm it down is by repeating a chant in your mind or aloud with your breathing. This helps me to deal with my own temporary chaos in mind as I try to see the constancy in the confusion. Hope what I just suggest helps you out.

Good job getting up and moving on. I am learning that it's okay to cry it out, but then I have to brush myself off and carry on. Not fun, but necessary.
